This is event #9 of the Chase Race Regional Championship series - Sunday 10/17/2021 at Bremerton Motorsports Park ALL COMPETITION CLASSES and Time Only classes will be running in the AM session. AM SESSION - Gates: 7am - Reg/Tech: 7:30-8:30 am (no Fun-Run pre-reg) - Novice Course Walk: 8:30 (meet at startline) - Driver's meeting: 9am - First car out 9:30am (4 runs) • Competition run group 1 • Competition run group 2 Sign-up for Afternoon Runs: At the timing trailer/bus or thereabouts, let Gretchen W./Chief of Workers know when you check in for your morning work assignment, or by the end of third runs in the second run group of the morning, if you plan to run. • If there are 20 people, everyone will run 1-hour and work 1-hour (group will be divided 50/50 after the break, immediately prior to the start of runs) • If there are not 20 or more people to have an afternoon run group, EVERYONE helps with clean-up/tear-down after the second run group of the morning BREAK - BE BACK IN THE GRID AREA ready to go 1-hour after the last car of the morning finishes (a little less than 1-hr is better). Saturday and Sunday will have ONE session starting in the AM. Gates: 7:00 am Registration 7:30-8:30 am Novice Course Walk: 8:30 am (meet at the start line) Drivers's meeting 9am (read full meeting minutes on Scorekeeper) This is our first Practice of the year and we will have the 2021 Awards party on-site at the end of the day. No PM Session for 3/12 and 3/13 For the Practice on 3/12 - Run/Work order will be determined on-site during registration - drivers will be assigned based on balancing the groups and not based on the class you register in. We are aiming for 6+ runs for the practice. AWARDS PARTY The Awards Party will start about 20 min after the course is cleared. We will provide pizza. Come join us for Event #1 of the Tight-n-Tidy Racing regional ProSolo series in Packwood WA (see map for location)! ProSolo uses a drag race start to launch cars into side by side mirrored autox courses. Novices are welcome - register in IST. This is an all day event - competition runs will take place in the AM and PM, results are based on your fastest time of the day on each side (right and left courses). The class modification allowances are the same, but the operational rule set is a bit different so please review the regional supplemental rules: Rules Registration and Tech: 7:30-8:30 AM Novice walk: 8:30 (meet at the start line) Driver's Meeting: 9AM Fees: $60 online pre-registered (+$5 if not pre-reg) Only cash or checks accepted for on-site payment (no cards - sorry) If not an SCCA member - Weekend Membership: $15 To pre-register: Register

Everyone is welcome to attend our meetings and they are held each month on the second Tuesday and start at 7pm. Please come around 6:30 to join many who come early to order dinner.
