SUMMARY:NWR SCCA - Intermediate School
DESCRIPTION:Come join us for an Intermediate Driving School! \nThis school is intended for drivers that have been autocrossing a minimum of 3 years preferably 5 years and are looking for more advanced help. If you’ve been at this sport for awhile and are looking to make further steps forward\, this school is for you.  \nThe school will be broken into two parts.\nThe first part will be a classroom session where we discuss course fundamentals\, performance driving\, tires/car setup\, and data acquisition. It is preferred that all students attend this in person\, this part will be in the evening Thursday May 14th at The Shop in Seattle. We plan to also offer virtually via Zoom\, but in person attendance provides more value.  \nThe second part will be held on Saturday\, May 16th at Bremerton Motorsports Park.  This will include various elements including slaloms\, figure 8s\, and a full course for the afternoon portion.  We are limiting the number of students to 20.  The purpose for the limit is to make sure that each student receives specialized instruction tailored to their needs.  You’ll also have two different instructors throughout the day to get different inputs and styles of instruction.  We’ll have some of the top drivers from Northwest Region and Oregon Region as instructors! \nLunch is TBD\, but will be provided.   \nThis will be a full day at BMP. \nAs with normal autocross\, you will be working when you’re not running/being instructed.   \nAt the completion of the event\, we’ll do some kind of social\, and all are welcome to join for that as well. \nRegistration on scorekeeper\nCost: $150
